URGENT - temp url's not displaying

We have a serious issue here. We just migrated data centers, or rather are in the process and have moved accounts over to cpanel on the new server. However, temporary url's don't seem to be functioning properly.

For instance, when you visit http://209.51.140.252/~worksdev it redirects you to a link exchange. This is the same with ALL of the accounts on this server.

How do I resolve this?

check httpd.conf your server name should be the first on the list of accounts, if it is not all temp urls will point to the first account on the list .
