URGENT: Updating cpanel error. all website passwords are not working.

Hi,
i need urgently help. I got this error via e-mail .

"/bin/sh: line 1: 31578 Segmentation fault /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin/dnsqueue >/dev/null 2>&1" from "Cron Deamon".


Also my all(FTP and cpanel) passwords are not working. I have tried to change password. but not changing password (I am root). Also it is not giving proper information after trying to change password. I think there is backend script problem. Please tell me how i can fix this?

1) All website passwords(FTP,Cpanel,Mysql) are not working.
2) Account creation is not working.
3) Mysql is not working.
4) Password modification is not working.


It happened itself. noboy touched anything.

Note1 : Its very urgent. Please reply me asap. If you think i have to install cpanel. so please tell me how i can do it without loosing my data.Your help will be appreciated.

I tried to update cpanel,
i did these steps:
cd /home/cpins
wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/latest
sh latest

And got this error.

Error:
Fetching http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/pub/CPAN/index.html (0)....@198.66.78.12......connected......receiving...70%...100%......Done
latest: line 351: 9587 Segmentation fault ./bootstrap


Really i need urgently help.

did u try running /scripts/updatenow ? and then running force update? I guess this happens when /var/ folder is 100% or somehting but I am still now sure about it..

Var is using only 2%. And "/scripts/updatenow" it is not working.

Is this on a home server with a test cPanel account?

Update cPanel this way;
/scripts/upcp --force

I think you should place a ticket with cpanel, if UPCP does not solve your problem.
