Hi; I cannot log into my server using SSH. My hosting company told me that the user is disabled. No clue how that happened since I have not been on the server for two weeks and developers are also claiming that it was not them. Anyway I need some help with how to enable the user account.

If you have at least reseller access, you can go to WHM -> Account Functions -> Manage Shell Access.
