Our server OS got messed up, & we had to move it to another server.
All are initial settings data are thankfully intact, but...
The user account settings are not showing up.
The passwords for the accounts are accepted, both on Ftp & cpanel login.
The accounts show up only in "Show Reseller Accounts".
Apart from that we are unable to do anything, we cannot modify any of it's settings because they do not show up in any list.

Please help.
