User cant delete Emails ( IMAP )

Hello,

some of my Customers cant delete his emails ( IMAP ).
Not with an Email Client an not with Horde.

Ok,

example.

User have 100 Mails in his inbox.
He read every mail and mark 50 Mails for delete ( move to trash )

The, he click on ( empty trash ).

horde ist listed 1 of 50 mails, but when he log off und login again, all 100 Mails al listed in the inbox.

Smae Problem with email clients. login, delete mails, empty trash, emailclient is listed 50 mail in the inbox. disconect, connect and 100 mails in the inbox.

How can i fix this ?

I have several users that can receive email fine, but the inbox cannot be modified. They can't mark email read, delete it, etc. A previous fix was to restart syslog, the restart xinet and it worked. Now, the only option is to restart the whole box.
