User cant edit mysql and cant edit password pro directory access

Hey,
I am having a lot of problems with a domain that was transferred from another server.

First thing was the domain wasn't showing up properly, I had to edit the DNS in the pico /var/cpanel/users/username so it showed up.

Now I cant edit or add users that can access password protected directories in the account.

The main problem though is that I can't edit or add data in the mysql databases, although I can delete it for some reason.

Does anyone know whats wrong here?
