User created FTP accounts do not work

All user created FTP accounts both current and new do not work. They no longer look like username@domain.com instead they are just the username. Any ideas?

What do you mean when you say "they no longer look like"?

User created FTP accounts require logons to carry the domain name.

You said they do not work. Are you saying they do not work if you use <acct>@domain or only if you use <acct>?

In other words, is this simply a presentation bug?

I am experiencing the same problem. I am unable to login using my old FTP account details and I'm wondering if there's a change in convention. Normally, to log in you would use something like this :

url : domain.com
user : user@domain.com
pass : password
