User MySql access denied

I have one account that i know of, that is giving me an access denied error. I know the username and password are correct.

Anyone have any ideas?

As STATED in my original post. THE PASSWORD AND USERNAME ARE CORRECT!

I would reset the user's password in cpanel and readd the user to the database.

I had an issue like this over the weekend. It was a fantastico specific issue, only on one account. I was able to add-remove-modify mysql users and databases, just not with fantastico.


Then we did this: We tried to use the password originally provided when they signed up their account, and was able to access the fantastico and install it normally.

Seemed Cpanel, well Fantastico, didn't not notice the password change.....

Was the PW changed recently?
