Is this a reseller account you've been upgraded to?

It loooks like your provider hasn't really given you any access (On purpose).

I would contact tem, if they don't respond, or refuse to give you more access (if you are a reseller) then I would pick up shop, and bail. But it reallyu looks like thier feature set is just limiting you and a simple tick here and there will put you up to full speed.

This forum is for dedicated server owners, so they might ask if you are a server owner or not. If you are, then go into Reseller Center and edit privledges for the username yyou're logging into whm with.
