Thumbs up username in ftp wihout @domain.com

When you create an ftp account, it's always in this format: username@domain.com

Is there a way to make the login just "username" instead of " username@domain.com"

    Thanks

I don't think this would be possible. What if you had other users select the same name across other domains.

That is not possible within cPanel/WHM. The only login with username instead of username@domain is the cPanel user account itself. FTP accounts created under that user will always be username@domain.
