Users cannot login

Users cannot login using the link:
http://domain.com:2082 or https://domain.com:2083 or http://domain.com/cpanel
The server is centos with cPanel 11.25.0-E41363 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9
All needed ports are open in the firewall, I also ran /scripts/fixeverything.
Please advice. thank you.

I assume the domain.com has not propagate to your server yet.

Have you tried pinging domain.com?

do ping domain.com and see which IP it goes to, if it goes to your server's IP, it should work.
