User's MySQL Disk Usage Incorrect

When running a quotacheck (quotacheck -av, /scripts/updatemysqlquotas, /scripts/quotacheck), it does not pick up how much space the user is taking up with their MySQL databases. For example, I have a client who is using around 16 MBs of space from MySQL in the databases directory. In their cPanel, it shows they are only using .06 MBs.

Does anybody know how to fix this??

can u check if the permisions of the databse at /var/lib/mysql is that of the user ? else chown the same to that of the user and then try.

From what I understand, all MySQL databases have to be owned by "mysql" which they currently are set to. It seeems like cpanel should determine the users' mysql disk space by searching for directories in the mysql directory that begin with their login name or something along those lines.
