Using Forwarders to a .cgi script

How do you execute a .cgi file in your forwarders?

for php it was something like:

| php? /home/user/public_html/file.php

Thats wrong, I know. But what I need is the one that does that for .cgi.

Does anyone know?

I need to use the Forwarders to send to:

/home/user/public_html/file.cgi

Any help would be greatly appreciated

We use this entered into the mail forwarder section of cpanel and it works fine

Not for sure if it matters or not but we pipe into the cgi-bin directory, Outside of there it may or may not work hadn't tried it
