using google.com search

everytime i try to go to www.google.com or use the search the web feature on the google toolbar it brings me to a turquoise screen saying:



"There is no website configured at this address.

i also cannot use the yahoo search feature either, not sure why, if anyone can help plz let me know, post here or email me at Nojunkmail82@yahoo.com
