Using multiple hostnames for Exim for resellers: is it possible?

We are currently in the process of migrating our systems to a Cpanel environment. Our company has several resellers, for which we have already setup seperate nameservers on different IP-addresses.

However, when mailing from the server, the default hostname still shows in the mail headers.

Currently, we have one IP-address reserved for our own clients and 1 for resellers. It is possible to change the Exim hostname for resellers to something different?

Sadly, I have not received a reply yet and could not find an answer so far.
