/usr/local/cpanel/conf/general.conf

Is the file "/usr/local/cpanel/conf/general.conf" used by cPanel for anything?

it contains some weird settings like:

TELNET=enabled

and

JAVA=enabled
JAVACHAT=enabled

telnet seems a bit fishy...
