    Default /usr/sbin/repquota problems

Each night at 2am the process /usr/sbin/repquota runs and uses 99% of the CPU. What is this process?

Most binaries will have an assosciated man page if you want to find out what it is:

    man repquota

Will tell you what it is. Why it's running will depend on when - perhaps as part of upcp. Why it's taking up a large amount of CPU depends on what it is doing at the time - is it adversely affecting load? How long does it run for? Which process owns it? You need to watch the process and find out what is actually running it.
