/usr/sbin/ssh lost

I need some help something went really wrong with upcp last night all files in /usr/sbin/ were corrupt with strange file names eg ^%ggn£$" I had to delete them I am fairly new to hosting and I have never come across this before I had emails saying hacker check and it replaced some files with the default I lost all my services so I rebooted my server but I am unable to start ssh to log in as root I do how ever have webmin installed and still accessible is there any way I can restore the missing files in /usr/sbin inc ssh so that I can log back in to root is there any way of getting the file ssh

hi i am running fedora core 1

i had a problem updating cpanel it failed 3 times during the day and crashed my server so i think that is when the server went coruppt i do not think my server was hacked because it was just after this failed updates i started having problems
are your usr/sbin/ files the same as fedora or different

they are probbaby pretty close but I can give you a copy of sshd so you can log in via ssh
