Though, when I go to Server Information, I do not see thats It's full.

    Current Disk Usage
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
    /dev/sda7 1.9G 1.8G 1.5M 100% /
    /dev/sdb1 67G 22G 42G 34% /backup
    /dev/sda1 45M 35M 9.1M 79% /boot
    /dev/sda2 51G 11G 38G 22% /home
    none 503M 0 502M 0% /dev/shm
    /dev/sda5 6.7G 1.6G 4.7G 25% /usr
    /dev/sda3 6.7G 1.4G 5.0G 21% /var

Your root directory is full. Probably something there that should not be there. One possibility is if something was saved to /backup when /backup was not mounted. That would actually put it in a /backup directory of /root.

Try unmounting backup and then see if your backup directory still has content.

    In SSH:
    umount /backup
    ls -l /backup
