Utility Domain Setup?

I would like to allow clients to access their website before DNS is fully propagated using a DNS name (like clientusername.web.ourcompany.com) instead of using the server's IP address (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/~clientusername/).

Is it possible to automatically setup a utility domain for clients when accounts are created? If so, is there an easy way to do this (i.e. requiring less than 10 hours to implement)?

Using WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1-R113...

Assuming you dont have Mod_USerdir enabled you could always use http://yourdomain.com/~clientusername/ instead of the IP.
