I believe those come from php. You didn't allow a recent OS update to install the Os vendors php rpms did you? they should always be excluded if you did. You could try recompiling apache+php to see if that resolves the issue.

I am experiencing the same thing. This is relating 4.3.11
I have removed all existing php rpms and performed another easyapache, same thing.

I have also made /var/net-snmp/snmpapp.conf WW (777), errors are still there, logs are filling up fast..

    What do you reckon?

PS. php* is in yum.conf's exclude

Hello. I have chmoded the /var/net-snmp directory to 777 and restarted Apache. Now, I don't get that error message anymore, however, the owner and group of the snmpapp.conf file keeps changing to any one of the users on the system. I have confirmed that PHP is NOT installed via RPM at all. Running "rpm -qa | grep -i PHP" as root turned up nothing. PHP is only installed via the /scripts/easyapache script.
