    Default View all files

    Hi,

I would like to view all files for all my resellers.

I have a vps and have set all ownership of all domains to one reseller. I can see the drop down domain switcher at the top of the page.

I would like to view/gain access to all files from a central location.

Currently when I click on the File Manager I have the following:

    Collapse all

    /home/reseller site

    I would like to have:

    Collapse all
    /home/ reseller site
    /home/site1
    /home/site2
    etc.

The reseller would have access to all files. I own all domains.

Currently I need to use the Switch Account feature. This feature is difficult to use. It requires the reseller to login after switching to each domain.

    Is this possible?

You should be able to simply select another account you/the reseller owns to access another account. No login prompt should be present.

A trick I use is to keep one tab with the drop-down box and another tab with File Manager. When I want to manipulate files in another account, I switch accounts then reload my tab with File Manager. It will refresh to display the contents of that account.

If you switch accounts during an upload, don't worry - the file will continue to upload but it will simply not update the status of that upload. You may wish to swich back to that account later to ensure the upload has completed rather than perhaps prematurely closing that window (resulting in an incomplete upload).

I'm not sure if all of this is intended functionality by the developers, but it is how it works at the moment .

I do not believe the structure you mention to be supported by cPanel/WHM at this time.
