What is this area in WHM for?

I see someone has sent an email from nobody@myservername to an email I'm familiar with that should not have access to anywhere on my server.

Nobody will send out a lot of mail unless you enable SuPhp. It could be from a bulleting board or some other script. But you should research adding SuPhp first there might be some changes to some script that users are running on your server.

You can also make sure that relaying is disabled by running the script /scripts/fixrelayd
