I've disabled sending mails by nobody, enabled SMTP tweak, but 'View relayers' still shows only 1 user 'cpanel' sending out mails even when I tried sending from several users' Horde.

Also, in user directories, www symlink is owned by root instead of the user as it should be.

Will anyone be able to help with these problems? Thanks.

System is running latest stable, Redhat Enterprise OS. These problems were not encountered on my other servers running centos or RH9. Could it be the OS?
