Viewing Bandwidth

Is there a way we can check on the bandwidth usage for a domain (dedicated IP) more often than daily? Ideally I would like an URl that I can give to the client so he can check his usage whenever he likes (hourly or more often). He has a high traffic site and we need to monitor it carefully.

If there is no simple way of checking this at any time through the day can someone recommend any software that we can install to do it?

Right now you can update bandwidth manually by running /scripts/runweblogs
