    Question VirtualHost *:80

    have such a problem.
there is an apache bug(?) that i can listen to all IPs of ONLY ONE interface if i use 0.0.0.0:80, but not to all interfaces. i usually need to listen to all interfaces. it would be very nice if i have an ability to choose "*" as my IP address for domain. i mean in WHM web-interface when i'm in
Main >> IP Functions >> Change Site's IP Address or while creating a new account.
now i can choose only between addresses that i've entered before.
and apache listens to any of them if i choose "shared IP", but (i don't know why) it doesn't work correctly sometimes.

Sounds like you may have something messed up a bit and I can certainly help you look into and diagnose your underlying IP issues.

However, what you said about IPs and wildcards tells me you don't fully totally understand how Apache binds itself to interfaces and none that really has anything to do with what you just described.

    Lightbulb I had this BUG

I had this bug on CPanel I edited /usr/local/apache/httpd.conf
Then I made it read-only for CPanel
I put <VirtualHost *> without port number for all sites
    Everything works
Before this I could not open new sites that I create
I changed IP adress of CPanel server and I changed it in CPanel configuration but CPanel created sites with old IP adress
