    Default VirtualHost Directives?

VirtualHost xx.xx.xxx.xxx:80 overlaps with VirtualHost xx.xx.xxx.xxx:80, the first has precedence, perhaps you need a NameVirtualHost directive

What is a NameVirtualHost Directive and how do I create one? I have a user on a dedicated IP and I cleaned up the httpd.conf file because it was a mess from old CPanel updates and such, when I ran

    /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl configtest

I got the above, the xx's are the same IP, just covered them to protect the customers privacy.

    Default

Check that you have a line:

    NameVirtualHost xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:80

in your httpd.conf before any VirtualHost directives.
