Exclamation VirtualHost xx.xx.xxx.xxx:80 overlaps with VirtualHost xx.xx.xxx.xxx:80 and SSL

When I ran httpd configtest, the following line was generated about 7 times on the shared non-unique IP:

[Tue May 3 09:08:31 2005] [warn] VirtualHost xx.xx.xxx.xxx:80 overlaps with VirtualHost xx.xx.xxx.xxx:80, the first has precedence, perhaps you need a NameVirtualHost directive

My main domain has a separate/unique IP, but the SSL pages on the site are hosed. These problems appeared right after I ran easyapache, which I did in order to upgrade to php 4.3.10 and Zend Optimizer v2.5.7.

Port 443 for SSL is not showing up when I List Accounts in WHM, but the domain in question does have a cert and it was working before the "upgrade."

Do I add an identical VirtualHost for port 443 in /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf ? Or ?
