Virus and blank pages

Hello!
I ahve a poroblem with two servers:
1. On all sites from this servers I receive a warnign about virus/trojan but not all the time in the same page. If I look in page sources is eceriything ok....
2. On the same servers, when I access the sites, I receive a blank page and after a F5/Refresh the page are loaded corectly. I see that in 60-70% of pages accesed.

Any ideea?

It sounds like you have a serious hacking issue. If the code is not even on the page, then it's something loading on the fly. You need to scan the server for rootkits (ie, chkrootkit/rkhunter) and also review the tmp directories, running processes, etc. I suggest checking it asap because more damage may be done as time goes on if it's left unchecked.
