Virus Detected; File not Uploaded! Can't parse configuration

when i try to upload ANY file i get "index.php (index.php): Virus Detected; File not Uploaded! (Can't parse configuration file.)"



BUT THERE IS NO GOD DAMN VIRUS! WTF IS WRONG WITH CPANEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
