virus problem

Hi,

I have server and few of website has virus problem.

1)when website open at chrome browse it say website is harmful
2)another virus which edit the code without password
3)if website search in google it says harmful website for your computer

so how to deal with this problem.
How to prevent the server.

There's plenty of ways this can happen and plenty of ways to help prevent it. First, check to make sure you have common security in place (firewall, modsecurity, etc). Then check the http/ftp access logs for unknown ips. From there, you can further diagnose how it was done, how to clean it, and how to prevent it.
