visitors unable to connect sub domain randomly

one of my client has an issue with sub domain his site vistors are unable to connect to site randomly , all other sites including his main are successfully working but not his sub domain, i have tried completely disabling firewall but still same sites works on proxy but not on direct access

How did you disable the firewall? What error do they get while trying to connect? Did you get a ping / traceroute result from them while experiencing the issue? Did you get their public IP and checked it against the logs?
