Thumbs down Warning! cpbackup DOES NOT backup all accounts!

I noticed today that accounts that are added via adduser/pw are NOT getting backed up by CPanel!

How can one fix this? Is there alternative script to backup your users better?

If the user isn't created via cPanel, how is it to know ? Remove the account, recreate it via cpanel and restore.

Well, because you're asking to utilize part of cPanel, that being the backup. As haze said, if cPanel does not know about the user (meaning not created through cPanel) then it gets ignored.

Just create the account with a non existant subdomain of one of your existing domains, even if it doesn't resolve.
