Way to view account Passwords?

Heres the deal, I had a reseller account and now im running my own server and im trying to copy the accouts from the reseller server to my own. The problem is the only way i can transfer them is using the Copy an account from another server with account password feature because the company wont give me the root password.

I need the passwords for each of the accounts and some of my clients are hard to get in touch with is there any way i can view the passwords to each of my accounts? Otherwise i will have to change them all

Or are there any other effiecent ways of copying my accounts? Thanks for your help in advance!

The passwords are stored on the system as standard unix user passwords. Unfortunately, there is no way to "decrypt" the passwords, or otherwise view them in a plain text format.
