Webalizer => Additional Language Config

By any chance... Anyone would know if...?

In WHM option:
- Languages
--- Additional Language Config

If I choose to change the Webalizer language file for something else than english...

Questions:
01. Will it brake the program ?
02. Will the past months will be in english and then on the next month stats will show in the new language?
03. How does it work?
