webalizer hangs while processing logs for some user, and runs at 99% cpu or so

Okey...
on one busy server I have this problem again and again...
webalizer just hangs while processing the logs for "x" user, could be one or other... or other...
on a top, you would see something like:
4611 username 39 19 336 156 80 R N 95.4 0.0 845:41 2 webalizer

how to fix this ?
manually is easy... just killall webalizer
but then, when run again, it hangs again on same user....

easy...
just delete the /home/username/tmp/webalizer/dns_cache.db file
then you can run /scripts/runweblogs for this user to update the logs and it will be okey.

so, everything okey... but, why does dns_cache gets bad? and why webalizer HANGS due to this ? it puts the server cpu usage very high on some systems, make the load bad.

is there any FIX for this?
I mean, something automatic you know, like webalizer dont hang, and deleting the file or fixing it itself... or whatever.

The larger the log file to be processed the more cpu intensive the log scripts are going to be. My suggesting is to modify how often the stats run to perhaps 2 - 4 times a day via tweak settings in your WHM.

Hi, what is the exact option in Tweak Settings to tell Cpanel how many times to run stats daily?

I've checked and can't see anything like it.
