    Default Webalizer stats issue

I'm having trouble with one of our clients stats.

He have the webalizer active and updated, but the index page only shows this month usage. Although on his tmp folder he has all the usage_AAAAMM.html files needed, from 200904 to 201002.

Any ideas that what could be wrong ?

PS: I've already ran /scripts/runweblogs username but that didn't added the past months, it only shows data from february 2010.

When you run this command, do you have any error messages show up during the stats run?

    Code:
    /scripts/runweblogs username
Where username is the cPanel username for that account.

After running this, I checked users stats again, and they have not updated. Last time was still on Feb 14th.

This is occurring for all of our customers.

Please open up a ticket since there are no errors showing when trying to force a stats run. We provide free complimentary support for anyone who has a cPanel license with root SSH and root WHM access. Please use WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or the link in my signature.

Seems that the domlogs are not getting updated. I show in the /usr/local/apache/domlogs/username/domainname.tld file but it's zero bytes and has not updated since May 16th. Coincidentally that is also the last time the webalizer stats updated.

I even visited the customers site, and yet the file stays at 0 bytes and May 16th date.

    How do you fix that??

Check if the site is even pointing to your server anymore. If it isn't, then the domlogs won't update either.

    Hi Tristan,
