webalizer usage by country

One of my customers has recently noticed his usage by country in webalizer is no longer working. It just shows unresolved/unknown 100%. I noticed it used to work for previous months. I ran /scripts/runweblogs and /scripts/runlogsnow which did not fix the issue.

How can I get this working for him again?


Also do most of you guys think awstats is better than webalizer?

hey

i tend to prefer awstats.. it seems a bit more polished.
it also seems to go into more detail in the stats, and there are more of them.
