    Default Webmail broke :(

I have just ran an update (release build) and it has broken both squirrel mail and horde, neomail is ok.

In horde, i get the following error:

Some of Horde's configuration files are missing or unreadable
    conf.php

This is the main Horde configuration file. It contains paths and basic items that apply to the core framework and all Horde applications.
Create these files from their .dist versions in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config and change them according to your needs

and in squirrel mail, i get the following:

    ERROR
    Error opening ../data/default_pref
Default preference file not found or not readable!
Please contact your system administrator and report this error.

Make sure this file is chowned properly:

    ../data/default_pref
