Im in search of a webmail client, which also binds to the mail server confs so i can add via an admin panel new email accounts etc

I had Cpanel, but my license ran out and i wont be renewing it for a further 3 months

I have Neo n Squirrel Installed, but i can only read mail from existing accounts, not ADD new 1's

Any reccomended software... Free?
