Webmail configuration doesn't transfer when changing servers?

Not long ago, we migrated customers from a leased server to a colocated server. One customer has complained that his webmail configuration has changed. Logging into horde as him, I see that he's got access via folders to the basic folders you'd expect to see via shell, but his custom configured folders have disappeared with the move.

Anyone have any ideas on what has happened?

Been complaining about it for over a year. Even had a ticket open on it last year (and outlined exectly how to fix it, but cPanel never paid attention).

You need to dump the horde DB from the old server, grab the INSERT lines relevant and then import them into the horde DB on the new machine.
