Webmail Control

I'm not sure which forum this belongs in. HOPEFULLY I chose the right one.

I'd like to know if it's possible to do this or not (and if not, then this is a feature request).

The domain owner should be able to control which webmail program users have access to. My host has RoundCube installed and that's what I want run for any user on my domain.

I don't want the extra files that squirrelmail and the other webmail program (can't remeber the name) create under my account. Plus I don't wnat to have to answer questions from the users as to how use those programs.
