webmail login failed

after i update the whm from 10 to 11,

i try to log in the webmail,

after i type the mail account and password,

it shows with

You have been logged out. If you are seeing this screen, please ask the admin to restart the cPanel Service Daemon

anyone can help me?

/usr/local/cpanel/startup

it looks likely works now,


but it stop in ssh
