One of our clients accounts is not displayed in whm, altough is present in
var/cpanel/users/
/var/named/
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
/etc/localdomains
/etc/userdomains
/etc/valiases/
/etc/vdomainaliases/
/etc/vfilters/
/etc/vfmail/


Strange....

The real problem is, i do not know if it is related, webmail password for an account is not accepted. The passw is correct and through cpanel>>>add remove email accounts>>>webmail is not accepted either.

tried to fix scripts, repair horde database...nothing worked(

So...help please
