WebMail problems...

Hello All.

I have a problem with webmail.

Happens with horde, squirrelmail and roundcube.

In horde this is the error: Login failed because your username or password was entered incorrectly.

In squirrelmail is: ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.

In round cube is: white screen

I tried to fix with these commands:

This happens only with this domain, in others (in the same server) works well.

The disk quota is not exceded for the domain (the mailbox have enought free space)

Note: Is an important delay after I select the client to be used. (squirre, horde, etc)

I have read several posts in this forum about this problem, but I could not fix it.

I really apreciate if somebody can help me to fix this problem.

I don't know how to fix it.

Maybe you must fix mailbox permisions i WHM. Try it.

It's located under Email->Repair Mailbox permissions

Or log into the server via ssh as root and run:
/scripts/fixcommonproblems

I tried that script and many others but didn't work.

Finally, a cPanel professional tech solved this problem.
