webmail problems after update cpanel

We are now using "Stable", the POP3 is working but we cant delete messages with webmail and we cannot delete messages neither we can change our preferences at Squierlmail ou neomail.

If we do an upgrade of the cpanel to the EDGE version, the Webmail works OK, but the POP3 server stops and we cant access mail with it !

any help here ?

First thing I would try is to run the mailbox fix in WHM. Alot of time the permissions on mailboxes get messed up.
