Webmail Stopped working (:2095 and :2096)

I upgraded the kernal and perl yesterday by doing up2date -fu, however now webmail has stopped working through, http://domain.com:2095

It asks you for a username and password but when you enter it it goes to a blank page

If you go through cpanel (:2083) and then click on webmail > squirrelmail that works fine.

Any ideas why it's stopped working through 2095? Do I need to rebuild apache? or install additional perl modules?

I ran /scripts/upcp and it now shows the splash screen with the NeoMail and Squirrel logos, you can click on NeoMail and it works, but if you click on Squirell mail (the one we use) it shows a page full of errors:

Seems like a permissions error... any ideas how to fix this?

Ok update:

Got it working by using WHM > Update System Software

Seems to be ok now, will post again if it isn't.
