    Red face WebServer Crashing

Recently something has been causing my server to crash for no reason... Usually I am pressed for time and need to get it back up ASAP, so I just restart it... services fail, but after a manual restart they all work. Well tonight I tried to play with it for a minute and when I went to restart the cpanel services, this is what I got.

    Code:
    root@tx1 [/scripts]# service cpanel restart

When you say waiting for help, do you mean from your cPanel license provider or cPanel as they should be where you look for help if no-one has an idea for you here.
