    Default Website isnt listed in List Accounts or Terminate Account or Modify but website work

    Hi
    I have this issue.
    I have some websites in the server that work fine but this site domains arent listed in List account, modify or terminate accounts.
    If I list Show Reseller Accounts is listed the "user" and the "package" but isnt listed the domain name.

    another issue is that the some domains are in the not correct reseller account.

    Maybe you know some script or patch for this?
    If some CPanel Tech want check in the server I can give grant permition for access.

    If you want support from cPanel you need to log a ticket with your cPanel license provider, or directly with cPanel if you've bought from them.

    As for fixing the issue, you should try running:

    /scripts/updateuserdomains

    If that doesn't help, you'll need to trawl through the accounts in /var/cpanel/users/*

    Hi
    I run /scripts/updateuserdomains
    but dont solve the problem

    When I put for request a TS in the form say that is only for "datacenters and directly-licensed cPanel customers" and "The only exception to this rule: If a staff members on the cpanel forums requests that you submit a support ticket"

    The Datacenter cant solve this issue and for this I put my problem in this forum.
    You say me that I can make a TS only with the servers' support access number and of course the others datas?

    If you need to escalate a problem to cPanel you need to do it through your datacenter. The contract that your datacenter has with cPanel says that they must provide first line support and if they cannot resolve the issue they have to log the ticket with cPanel on your behalf. If they won't do that, then they're breaking their contract obligations and you should seriously consider moving elsewhere.
