Website unreachable from some locations

Does anyone know what might be causing 404 errors for pages which actually exist? We have this with 1 user who claims the pages can't be found from some locations. Also, using zoneedit for the 3rd and 4th nameserver has made this much worse for his domain.

This person seems to be the only one having this issue with his server. Anyone have any idea?

all the name servers respond with the same IP for this domain ?

if not, this may occur. At times, his domain would be resolving to some other locations, may be to a previously hosted server where the file names wont be same.

dig domain.com @namserver

do this for all the name servers and make sure all of them return same IP for the domain. Then only, the domain will resolve perfectly from all locations.
